Alt House Cannabis

The Alt House is a forthcoming cannabis dispensary in Portland, Oregon started by the folks behind Trellis Cannabis Farm, also in Oregon. They reached out to me in early 2018 to develop a brand identity. Cannabis is an emerging market, especially with respect to design and the approach to branding in general. Portland has several other recreational cannabis dispensaries, but only a handful have even a deliberate approach to branding. Observing this, I set out to create an original identity that was both distinct, but also approachable, with all elements being custom built for this application.
